- VPN: Virtual private network connectivity has been provided so that digital information is accessed by authorized users remotely.
- Deployment of Computer Resources: The servers with virtualization have been deployed for different applications, database, e-learning module and other ancillary IT services.
- Domain Name(mpbou.edu.in) is registered on “Cloudflare”
- In house installation and Functioning of Web Server.
- Availability of Static IP Addresses.
- Wired and Wifi Network services in all Departments, Residential Blocks and Guest House.
- Intranet: As a device for seamless flow of information, across our campus Intranet has been deployed.
- With the objective of complete process automation, components of ERP are being implemented on Samarth portal. Different Services of services of ERP have been initiated; Payroll Management, Leave Management, Core Communication, Legal Case Management, Budget, RTI Management, File Tracking and Employee Management are already started, while others like Integration of Biometric Attendance, Admission & Enrolment, LMS, Evaluation and Grading, Student Feedback, Alumni Management etc are in pipeline and system configuration, entry and related training are being taken up for seamless and effective deployment of the system.
- Another ambitious project of complete learning cycle through online service platform is in process, the whole fully functional system would be implemented on limited zone in the current session as trial version in the first phase.
- Process of identification of cooperation is underway with Common Service Centre under NeGP project of MeitY, Govt. of India; so as to provide the student with the best support for availing online services and also in the domain of skill enhancement.
