Library

The primary objective of any library system is to collect, store, organize, retrieve and make available the information sources to the information users. A library, as a system, is a subsystem of some super-system (an organization in any field, whether education, research or social service.The library has 24518 volumes of books with 24518 titles on various subjects and stands as the backbone of the University. Moreover, the LMS developed by the Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh, is also made available for the students of the University. The University has been subscribing to DELNET for the last three years, also available for students in the library. It is also upgraded with an Internet facility for the students to explore new horizons during their stay in the institute. Apart from this, a Digital library with 5 PCs are also available in the library for the benefit of the students, with e-books, e-resources and e-Journals as per the AICTE Norms. The Database and routine work is performed with the help of ‘e-Granthalaya’.
