Functions and Services

  • To determine the eligibility for all the programmes with the recommendation of the Academic Department.
  • To release admission advertisements and complete the admission process of all eligible
  • applicants with the help of the Academic and Printing and Distribution Department.
  • To Refund admission fee as per rules and regulations of the finance committee/UGC after the recommendation of the Regional Director.
  • To establish new study centre and complete agreement process with them as per statute No.11 (A)
  • To provide infrastructure/staff/equipment facilities as per the eligibility and demand of study centres.
  • Issuance of instructions given by the University Grants Comission(UGC), Distance Education
  • Board (DEB), New Delhi and Department of Higher Education, Govt. of M.P. and ensure the mplementation of the same.
  • To provide honorarium and prorata amount as per rules and regulations mention in the higher education approved agreement to the study centres.
  • To coordinate with Regional Centres in collecting and submitting all financial statements to accounts section of the University.
  • To solve the queries and problems of the students.
  • To determine the examination centres.
  • To coordinate between study centre and regional centres
